Hyphae is rooted in the hidden systems that hold the natural world together. Inspired by the mycelial networks beneath the forest floor, this piece imagines those same connective threads expanded across the cosmos. The forms drift like nebulas, weaving themselves into a luminous, dripping tree of life, where earthly roots and celestial dust belong to the same ancient pattern.
At its core, Hyphae is a meditation on connection. Mycelium binds forests together in silence, carrying information, nourishment, and memory through the soil. In this work, those organic pathways stretch beyond biology and into the vastness of space, suggesting that similar unseen threads link our communities, our histories, and our shared human experience.
