CALL ME XCVI

Who am I? 

If I ask myself this question in the morning I'll have a different answer by night. Sometimes I tell myself I'm a painter, a carpenter, a photographer, or a videographer. Hell, some mornings I even go wilder and tell myself I'm someone who's going to make a difference! By the end of the day no matter what I say in the morning, who I am changes just like the world around us.

I go by the name XCVI as a gentle reminder of the malleability of this world. At any given moment we have the ability to alter our surroundings. Be it a name or the welfare of humanity. If we can envision it we can bring it to fruition. Our greatest gift is the ability to adapt. I believe this is closely followed by our ability to dream bigger than our reality and to be brave enough to believe we can make that dream a reality.

Ambition:

My goal in this life is to explore and adore the world around me. To connect with people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and stages of life. To be a vessel for curiosity and creation. To dance, to hold hands, to sing, and to cry into arms stronger than I. During my journey, I will savor the moments shared with those who dare to dream and stand at the side of those who take action. As my odyssey unfolds I can only hope to be so engulfed in the gift of life that when my time comes I can walk tall and proud through the valley of the shadow of death and feel no fear for the path will be worn clear by all those who came before me. Until that final moment, I will continue to create, to adventure, and to thrive in the anticipation of tomorrow.
